I have worked at opening up the communication between state government and the people of our district by being part of a Lake region TV show called “Representing Maine”, I took part, with 2 other area representative, in a series of listening forums,  I’ve attended area organization meetings and town meetings when possible. I have also written regularly in the local papers. A copy of the collected articles is available upon request, I would be happy to provide you with a copy of that booklet. I have also regularly surveyed the district to get a pulse on the attitudes and desires of the people for what they want their state government to do and not to do.

  My core values when it comes to government are a belief in less government, lower taxes and a responsible fiscal policy that is able to protect our neediest citizens, maintain the Maine quality of life and balances jobs and the economic growth with responsible environmental practices.
